Additionally, we need to ensure the availability of a fitting room. If there are other appointments scheduled during the time you arrive, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to try on gowns

At Bella Bridal Company, we offer an extensive selection of sizes. It is important to note that bridal gowns typically have smaller measurements compared to everyday clothing. The majority of our sample gowns range from size 10 to 16, although we also have gowns in stock that go up to size 24. Regardless of the size of the sample gown, our skilled stylists have the ability to adjust and clip the gowns so that you can visualize how it will appear after alterations and when the correct size is ordered.

No, however, we require that you provide a credit card when booking your appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of $50.

Bridal consultations are 1.5 hours, while all other appointments, including Mother of the Bride/Groom, Flower Girl, Accessories, Prom, and Men’s Formal Wear, have a duration of 1 hour.

Certainly! We highly suggest limiting the number of guests you bring when selecting your wedding dress to no more than 4 individuals. Our experience has shown that an excessive number of opinions can be overwhelming for brides, and our utmost priority is to provide you with the finest experience. Additionally, as a boutique with limited space, we may not be able to accommodate large groups on busy days. If you plan to bring more than 4 people, kindly contact our shop to discuss your request, and we will do our best to find a suitable time to accommodate your larger group.

In order to secure your perfect dress, we require a 60% deposit of the total purchase amount on the day you confirm your decision. Please note that we are unable to proceed with ordering your dress until this payment has been made. The remaining balance is due upon the arrival of your dress and before it is handed over to you. For your convenience, we accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Cash.

When it comes to trying on sample gowns, it is important to wear appropriate undergarments. We do offer a selection of strapless bras and petticoats, but it is also necessary for you to bring any specialty shapewear or undergarments that you plan on wearing on your wedding day. Additionally, if you already know the type and height of the shoes you will be wearing, please bring them along as well.

We suggest that you begin your search for the perfect wedding dress approximately 8-12 months before your wedding day. Typically, it takes around 5-6 months for the ordered wedding gown to arrive at our store. Additionally, you should allocate about 2-3 months for any necessary alterations. Rest assured, if you are pressed for time, we can explore expedited options with various designers or offer you a fantastic assortment of Off The Rack gowns.
